IronDirect’s newly opened 100-acre Customer Experience Center offers construction equipment buyers year-round opportunity to get stick time on a wide range of machines and attachments. To celebrate the Customer Experience Center grand opening, IronDirect is offering anyone who schedules a visit $1,000 off their first IronDirect purchase. Plus, IronDirect will cover travel expenses.
“We’re excited to open our Customer Experience Center to equipment buyers, fleet managers, operators, and service technicians,” said IronDirect President Tim Frank. “There is nothing like getting into the seat of a machine and putting it through its paces in job-site conditions. I invite anyone looking for earthmoving machines, compactors, wheel loaders, attachments, or undercarriage to visit us in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.”
Located about 10 miles northwest of downtown Asheville, North Carolina, the IronDirect Customer Experience Center has more than 50 machine models and attachments available for operation and evaluation. The facility features a technology center, outdoor machine demonstration arena with 150-seat grandstand, indoor product pavilion, and vast room in the dirt for demo time on machines.
IronDirect product experts are available for machine walk-around presentations, product training, or consultations. The product lineup includes Lonking excavators, Shantui dozers, Lonking wheel loaders, Sakai compaction equipment, a range of Paladin attachments, a Case IH Steiger 500 tractor paired with a Miskin earth scraper, and Berco undercarriage and components.
“Visitors can operate machines in a variety of site conditions,” Frank said, “from steep grades to expansive site-prep areas. The 10,000-square-foot pavilion includes product displays from Paladin attachments, Berco undercarriage, and Sakai compaction. More brands and products will be joining our lineup soon.”
The Customer Experience Center serves as a working laboratory for equipment buyers and operators. A variety of site conditions are available in which to test IronDirect equipment, from excavating on steep grades to operating on winding haul roads. Visitors can get a full briefing on the IronDirect equipment platform, which saves money throughout each machine’s lifecycle, then achieves maximum investment recovery when it’s time to replace fleet assets.
